Who doesn't love a TED Talk?

As a big TED Talk fan, I figured I may not be the only one and that some of you might enjoy them as well. During my recent foray, I discovered on that I thought would be perfect for Hakuna Matata: Rethinking anxiety: Learning to face fear with Dr. Dawn Huebner.

Dr. Huebner is a psychologist, mother and the author of the bestseller "What to Do When You Worry Too Much: A Kid's Guide to Overcoming Anxiety." In it, she emphasizes her belief in empowerment and provides practical advice for caregivers and children. Her personal journey as a parent led Huebner to find ways of using cognitive-behavioral therapy as an approach for anxiety. With simple language and humor, she presents how we can think differently about anxiety.
