Simple DIY Stress Ball


Stress balls have been used for centuries, particularly in Chinese culture, to help relieve anxiety and improve motor skills. Some things never change. Today, people still turn to stress balls for reliable anxiety relief.

A fun, easy project to do for yourself or with your child is making your own stress ball! YouTube user DaveHax shares his simple trick.

What you'll need:

  • Cornflour & Water -or-Dried rice

  • Balloons

  • Empt water bottle

Carry the stress ball with you. Reach for it just before or during a stressful situation, grasp it in the palm of your hand and squeeze the ball repeatedly using your fingers. This continual squeezing motion should relieve muscle tension in your hands while re-focusing your mind away from emotional stress.
